Bill Shorten has deleted his TikTok account arguing he wants to “set an example” as the controversial social media platform faces a major setback in Australia.

Mr Albanese is set to confirm the prohibition of the Chinese-owned app in the coming days which follows similar actions taken by other leaders across the globe.
