We can switch to harm reduction; prevention, and treatment of addiction rather than scaling up the useless war on drugs. We can implement the well-regulated Second Amendment by requiring extensive background checks, thorough training requirements, mandatory gun safes and insurance, as well as passing effective laws against the trafficking of firearms.
