PPBM has terminated the membership of Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman and four others.

The 14 division committee members, led by chairman Ahmad Atan, said the members only attended a meeting yesterday with Syed Saddiq out of respect for him. Yesterday, it was reported that 21 Muar PPBM division committee members had unanimously rejected the sacking on the grounds that Syed Saddiq was not given the chance to defend himself before the party’s disciplinary board.
