PETALING JAYA: Indian Muslim restaurant owners feel as if they are being punished for small mistakes when submitting the applications to bring in foreign workers.

Indian Muslim Restaurant Operators Association president Ayub Khan said many members have complained to him about the matter.

Ayub was commenting on the statement by the Human Resources Ministry issued last Friday saying that there was no freeze in the recruitment of foreign workers.
