Water supply will resume tonight, says Selangor MB

THE Sungai Semenyih water treatment plant will restart tonight, said Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari, after water supply to large parts of the state had to be cut because of water pollution. He said the pollution caused by waste poured down Indah Water Konsortium manholes in Bandar Putera Mahkota had been cleaned by 4pm, and water in Sungai Semenyih was safe for use.
