Taken on its face, Hurt’s observation was one of the dumbest things I have ever heard on Fox News, and that’s a high bar to cross. It takes some real motivated reasoning to characterize Justice Juan Merchan’s decisionto impose a gag order on the former president as a sign of a broken, partisan justice system.
