A woman being robbed at a mall on The Bluff took the law into her own hands by hitting the suspect with her car.
A woman who ‘flew’ her car over a raised intersection in an attempt to catch the man who robbed her is being praised by social media users.
Video footage, which spread quickly on social media, shows two men running towards a silver Toyota Tazz, which had stopped at the boom gate exit of the busy mall at about 10:41. One of them got into a getaway vehicle, while the other, still holding the woman’s handbag, ran across the road in an attempt to escape after the driver of another vehicle disrupted the robbery.
