Another South African is flying the country’s flag high on much-loved televised British talent show competition,, who made it to the final, but sadly did not win. This year, on season 17 of the show, Mzansi is represented by opera singer Nkululeko Innocent Masuku.
Bruno Tonioli told the singer that he was “very special”. While Alesha Dixon said his performance was “overwhelming and divine” and Simon Cowell called it “wonderful”.Although he did not get the golden buzzer, which would have sent them straight through to the next round of live shows, Masuku is being celebrated back home.“South African creatives continue to raise the country’s flag high around the world.
