The Alabama coach joined the ESPN analyst Friday on the “College GameDay” set ahead of Alabama’s game against Texas. During the interview, McAfee asked about a rebirth of old-school football mentality which he feels has returned to the game.“Mental toughness doesn’t mean you have to be hard on somebody,” Saban explained on Friday. “Discipline does not mean you have to be hard on somebody. Discipline is about making the right personal choices or decisions.
“Over here, there’s something you know you’re not supposed to do, and you want to do it. Can you keep yourself from it?”“Both of those, I struggle with,” he said. “Both side every day.”for a weekly segment on his show. Looks like appointment TV..
