A Portsea pad Warnie had planned to turn into a paradise with its own bowling alley and jet ski range has hit the market

As it stands it features a four-bedroom, three-bathroom bluestone house, an open-plan living area with a fireplace and a tennis court with its own pavilion.

Warne’s long-time friend and golfing partner, Jonathan Dixon from Brighton and Portsea-based real estate agency JP Dixon, is selling the Portsea home on behalf of the cricketer’s family. Mr Dixon said if someone wanted to pursue the cricketer’s intentions for the elevated Portsea paradise fit for a king, his plans could likely be shared.“So I want to do a good job for him and for the kids.”Mr Dixon said a Portsea local looking to upsize was the most likely buyer for the property, which has two street frontages and is a short walk from popular Shelley Beach.
