😍: Naan croutons toasted in garam masala.
This was a great recipe! Like everyone else we loved the croutons and I added more spinach than listed and would do so again.I had a great experience with this recipe too! Like Megan, I ended up mixing a little bit of extra vinaigrette, but other than that, everything worked perfectly as written, and we couldn't get enough of those naan croutons!A lovely way to use leftover chicken . I wanted a bit more dressing and may add a bit of minced shallot to the dressing next time.
I also added a bit of chopped mango to mine. As dinner, my husband and I finished this off ourselves with no leftovers. Maybe we're piggies though. The croutons are amazing. Thanks EmilyC! You are a salad-whisperer.Hi Megan: so glad you made and liked this, and thanks for the kind words! Minced shallot would be nice in the dressing, and I love the idea of the chopped mango. And re: the number of servings, you're not piggies ...

Sesame Chicken with Radicchio & Orange Salad Recipe on Food52This idea stems from the Chinese takeout staple of the same name, but the resemblance stops there. If you want a slightly heartier meal, serve with something like bread, rice, or beans.

Chicken and Salad Milanese Style Recipe on Food52Excerpted with permission from Dorie Greenspan's Everyday Dorie: My friend Tony Fortuna’s restaurant, TBar, is the kind of place you could go to every day, and many people do—it’s beloved on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. I go there often, and many times, despite all the terrific dishes and the seasonal specials, I end up ordering the Chicken Milanese. I can’t resist the combination of a perfectly breaded, perfectly sautéed chicken breast—in culinary terms, “Milanese” means breaded and sautéed—topped with a bright, citrusy salad and served with a wedge of lemon, just in case you want more tang. At TBar, the chicken is pounded as thin as an old-school long-playing record; it’s as round as one too. I’ve never been able to come close to TBar’s thinness and circularity, but the spirit of the dish is easy to recreate, and the pleasure is the same even if the aesthetics aren’t.

Spicy, Braised Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe on Food52Meet my new favorite go-to weeknight dinner. It's saucy, flavorful, fresh, and it comes together in about half an hour. I developed these chicken and lettuce wraps while on Whole 30, so they fit that bill if you need 'em to. Or, feel free to swap the toppings for anything you like—crispy rice would be wonderful. So would almost any herb, pickle, or thinly sliced vegetable. Winner, winner, braised-chicken-thigh dinner.
