along Acacia Street,Santos said Judge Elizabeth Yu-Guray of the Branch 202 issued the warrant of arrest on Sarmiento, who was charged with statutory rape and acts of lasciviousness with a recommended bail of P400,000 for the acts of lasciviousness and no bail for statutory rape.
