Kota Kinabalu: A waiter from Kedah, who pleaded guilty to trespassing into a golf course, told the Magistrate’s Court that he became homeless after being robbed while travelling here.
Cik Mansor Che Man, 48, was on Monday ordered to undergo a month of Compulsory Attendance Order for two hours a day.Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles made the decision after hearing Mansor’s mitigation, aggravating factors and the facts of the case. Mansor admitted to trespassing in the fenced area of the Golf Course, Zone A, Marina area, Sutera Harbour at 2.52 am on Aug 15.
