The second boys soccer Player of the Week fan vote is underway at PennLive.
The fall sports season is off and rolling and several Mid-Penn Conference girls soccer players reported standout performances to PennLive this past week.The following is a look at the top performances reported and a poll for fans to vote for who they think the top player in the conference was last week.
The Indians’ freshman goalkeeper might have surrendered seven goals in a 7-1 loss to Bishop McDevitt on Wednesday, but she was still impressive, recording 24 saves in defeat.The Mustangs’ keeper had a big week, picking up back-to-back shutouts against Milersburg and Mifflin County.Mardegain picked up three goals on Tuesday, leading the Falcons to an 11-0 win over CD East.
Noblit picked up her 200th career point, scoring two goals and an assist, in a 6-0 win over James Buchanan on Thursday night. She also had five goals in an 8-0 win over Shippensburg.Stoner broke the seal for the Eagles in a 2-0 win over Chambersburg on Monday, scoring the first goal of the contest.
