Putin is set to win referendum vote that will allow him to rule Russia until 2036 when he will be 83
The vote closes on July 1 and, if successful, Vladimir Putin could rule until 2036. His approval ratings are at an all-time low but there is little chance of him losing. Reports say that people have been able to vote twice - online and using a ballot.
