vivo has officially unveiled the Y38, its latest entry-level smartphone. It was launched in Taiwan and bears some resemblance to the Y200i that was released
last month in China. The phone offers a big battery and a Qualcomm chipset along with a relatively bright screen.
It gets a 6.68-inch 720p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Under the chassis lies a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. For protection, it comes with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.On the imaging side, it has a simple setup with a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, a ring light LED, and an 8MP selfie shooter.
