The device, model number V2309A, was recently spotted on MIIT certification with a listing stating two-way satellite connectivity. As per the report, the X100 pro would be able to send and receive text, pictures, voice recordings, and even videos without being in the range of a cellular network.
Satellite connectivity is a new feature that seems to be a big deal for this year’s flagships. It can be used to communicate with emergency services if you’re stranded in an area with no cell service.The Vivo X100 Pro is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, while the Pro+ model is likely to get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The Vivo X100 series will come with IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
