After much anticipation, vivo has finally launched the V40 series in Malaysia, consisting of two models. The lineup is part of its mid-range segment, offering
fairly a Zeiss-tuned imaging system. Both devices are quite similar to each other, with the main differences being the processor and camera setup.
On the optics front, the Pro features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and 2x optical zoom, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus. Powering the mid-ranger is a hefty 5,500mAh battery with support for 80W charging. Additionally, the launch event also saw the local debut of the Watch 3, its flagship smartwatch that was unveiled last November in China. It has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a rotating crown on the side and comes with cellular support.
