Walaupun ia disarkan sebagai pilihan sihat, ramai yang menganggap harga tersebut terlalu mahal dan membandingkannya dengan harga salad di tempat lain yang lebih murah. Beberapa juga menyatakan harga tersebut tidak sepadan dengan isi salad yang ditawarkan.
Kebiasaannya dalam membeli makanan, pelanggan tidak hanya mementingkan kualiti makanan dari segi kesegaran dan rasanya.
Peniaga maklum akan ada menu salad baru, harga diumumkan jadi pertikaian Baru-baru ini, tular satu video di laman X memaparkan seorang peniaga pencuci mulut yang terkenal memaklumkan mereka akan mengeluarkan satu menu sihat yang berharga RM12 sehingga meraih perhatian ramai. Jelas peniaga itu lagi, pelanggan yang akan membeli salad tersebut perlu mengacaunya terlebih dahulu kerana dia tidak meletakkan perasa atau ‘dressing sauce’ yang banyak dan di letakkan di bahagian bawah.
