VIPs among 21 fined for flouting CMCO to eat durian
SEVERAL VIPs, including a man with the “Datuk” title, are among 21 people fined RM1,000 each for violating the conditional movement-control order by gathering to eat durian in Balik Pulau today.
Southwest district police chief A. A. Anbalagan said a team of officers on patrol in the Sg Pinang area spotted the group sitting together at a stall selling the thorny fruit about 6.30pm.
