UPDATE: A woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s were bruised after being tied up and punched during a violent home invasion in Bel-Air.
Residents of a Bel-Air home were victims of a violent home invasion after they were tied up by intruders during an overnight robbery, Los Angeles police said.
Shortly before 1 a.m., three or four masked and armed male robbers entered the house in the 1300 block of Casiano Road and ransacked it, an LAPD spokesperson said.The police spokesperson said a large amount of cash was stolen, but was unable to specify the amount. Officers from the LAPD's West Los Angeles Division responded to the scene and conducted a search of the area, but the suspects remained at large.
