The Pennsylvania Game Commission is actively investigating the incident.
The video, which appeared on Snapchat over the weekend and made its way across social media, reportedly shows the teen yelling at a duck to “stop making noise.”
A hand is then seen grabbing the bird by the neck and shaking it. The video ends with an image of what seems to be the same duck decapitated,Seth Mesoras, the Information and Education Supervisor of the Southwest Region of the Pennsylvania Game Commission, confirmed to PennLive that they are actively investigating the incident.
Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer told WJAC that his office is aware of the incident but did not provide any other comments.
