Russia has arrested 11 people including four suspected gunmen in connection with a shooting rampage that killed 93 people in a concert hall near Moscow, the Kremlin said on Saturday.
KOTA KINABALU: Two motorists, who refused to give each other a way to pass through a narrow lane in Kota Belud town, ended up in a fight that went viral on social media.
"The fight took place at 11.30am on Friday in the area behind the parking lot near Jalan Tamu Minggu, here. According to him, the case was investigated according to Section 160 of the Penal Code for fighting in a public place.
