BARBERTON, Ohio - The verdict is expected to be announced Thursday afternoon for former State Rep. Robert Young.Young is facing two counts of domestic violence and one count of assault after allegedly attacking family members on July 7.
According to the Summit County prosecutor, the alleged assaults happened at Young’s home as well as a relative’s home.A status hearing on those charges is scheduled for Oct. 26.He was in his second term in the Ohio house and was chair of the Pensions Committee.
