UUM to conduct on-campus screening for China arrivals
The Health Ministry is conducting thermal scans at the country’s entry points but some organisations are taking additional steps to check those flying in from China. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 29, 2020.
UNIVERSITI Utara Malaysia , which has 422 students from China, will conduct additional screening on its campus for faculty, staff and students who visited China recently. The extra measure will be done even though screening by the Health Ministry is already conducted at the country’s entry points, said deputy vice-chancellor Prof Dr Yunidah Ibrahim.
