Durban’s tourism destination and much-loved aquarium uShaka Marine World has reopened after being closed for more than a month due to a labour dispute strike.“We welcome the settlement of the wage dispute between uShaka Marine World and South African Municipal Workers Union, the union representing the bargaining unit employees,” uShaka said on Facebook.
We wish to apologise for any inconvenience the closure of the park may have caused, and we thank all stakeholders for the patience and support shown to the organisation during this period, said uShaka.
