THE US Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday accused Tesla founder Elon Musk of failing to comply with a court-endorsed deal between the electric automaker and regulatory agency. SEC said a tweet by Musk on Tesla’s production levels this year violates the deal, under which his tweets must be reviewed prior to being published. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
