Authorities have confirmed that there were no survivors, while the cause of the collision remains under investigation. The crash reportedly occurred while Tree was travelling through Brazil as part of his ongoing world tour. One of the helicopters is said to have crashed into an area used to store electric vehicles, triggering a large fire that engulfed multiple cars and prompted an emergency response from local authorities.
Among the other victims were Argentine content creator Gaspar Prim Díaz, music video director Lucas Vignale. Born Oliver Tree Nickell, the California native built a devoted global following through his unique blend of alternative pop, electronic music, comedy, and internet culture.
