Turkey coordinates with US on Libya as Washington confirms al Jufra airbase accommodating Russian-made fighter jets, says Libya's deputy defence minister

Turkish officials meet with Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al Sarraj during their official visit on June 17, 2020 in Tripoli, Libya. Turkey sent military advisers to Libya to assist in the organisation of its military forces, Namroush said, adding that Fayez al Sarraj's administration is counting on Ankara to help with the establishment of a professional army.
