: Aliran wang daripada terbitan bon US$3 bilion yang kononnya untuk pembangunan The Exchange TRX telah dialihkan ke akaun bank milik bekas Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
“Bukti pendakwaan menunjukkan bahawa pada 14 Mac 2013, tertuduh menandatangani surat sokongan untuk mendapatkan pinjaman melalui terbitan bon oleh 1MDB sebanyak US$3 bilion. Pada 19 Mac 2013, pembayaran dibuat segera oleh bank New York Mellon Group ke akaun 1Malaysia Development Berhad Global Investment Limited’s .
“Oleh itu, tertuduh merupakan pembuat keputusan muktamad. Beliau juga dilihat tidak mengambil tindakan membuat sebarang laporan polis berhubung dakwaan penglibatan pihak lain. Antara saksi terbabit ialah bekas peguam 1MDB Jasmine Loo Ai Swan, pegawai khas Najib Datuk Amhari Effendi Nazarudin dan bekas Gabenor Bank Negara Tan Sri Zeti Akhtar Aziz.
Sementara itu, Hakim Sequerah menegaskan bahawa Najib meluluskan dua pinjaman untuk membeli semula saham daripada Aabar.
