Mawar said she was unable to get confirmation status after keying in her mother’s details based on the Electronic Know-Your-Customer requirement. “I am frustrated. I have sought assistance via the helpdesk line, but it has still been unsuccessful,” Mawar said. “I’m still figuring out how to fill out the section on salaries, as it differs monthly based on my shifts,” she said.
Student Alya Saiful said she had yet to register and update her details, as she was under the impression it was only for working adults. V. Ramia, 32, a content writer from Penang, said that she had yet to update her records and would get it done before the deadline.
