NSTworld: An Italian couple who fakes their own paparazzi shots on Instagram say they're so good at it, they're becoming famous for pretending to be famous.

Sara Morsillo, 21, and Samuel Batista, 22, who go only by the moniker 'Samsara' and boast over 25,000 Instagram followers, share pictures from their travels around the globe as if they were A-list superstars – except nobody has a clue who they are.

The couple, originally from Milan but studying in Rome, are both fashion students and have been snapped on their travels in Spain, Russia and Paris. Samsara has revealed that although their account started off as a joke, their follower numbers have exploded in recent months – and they would love to be full-time paparazzi stars.

They said: “We do everything together in complete symbiosis, everything works because we complete each other and we share the tasks.”
