University of Baguio (UB) alumnus Anthony Mark Dulawan Emocling made history as he became the first visually impaired exam taker to pass the Bar Examinations. GetThatBar2022

In a Facebook post, UB said 1967 Bar topnotcher; former UB School of Law dean; and now Narvacan, Ilocos Sur Mayor Pablito V. Sanidad Sr. had guided Emocling.

“My blind student at the University of Baguio School of Law who, against all odds and despite being blind, is now a Lawyer!” Sanidad shared in a congratulatory post.
