UNIVERSITI Utara Malaysia has to answer why it allowed controversial preacher Zakir Naik to hold a programme at its campus next week, said Teo Nie Ching. “It’s for the university to answer. It’s part of their autonomy,” said the deputy education minister at Parliament lobby today. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
