University Boulevard apartments sell for $30.8M

A Hollywood, Florida real estate firm has bought a 320-unit Arlington apartment complex for $30.8 million.

The 12-building complex, River City Landing, is located at the intersection of University Boulevard and Merrill Road, near the entrance of Jacksonville University. It was built in 1968. It was acquired by 2681 University Blvd LLC, registered under Koda Admin LLC, a Hollywood-based real estate firm on Jan. 27.

The seller consists of the following: DC Montgomery LLC, DiRenzo Real Estate Management IV LLC, DJ Montgomery Property LLC and Toro Jax Property I LLC.
