Petugas jawatankuasa itu telah bertindak pantas membantu memindahkan pelajar yang terlibat ke asrama di kampus Gong Badak, di sini dan di Tembila, Besut, bermula hari ini.

Antara kawasan yang terlibat ialah Taman Murni Permai Tok Jembal, Taman Tanjung Permata dan beberapa taman perumahan di sekitar kawasan tersebut. “Selain daripada bantuan makanan kering diberikan kepada para pelajar, sukarelawan dan petugas jawatankuasa tersebut yang terdiri daripada staf dan pelajar juga turut berganding bahu memasak nasi dan lauk untuk diagihkan kepada semua pelajar yang menjadi mangsa banjir di dua kampus itu.
