The man suspected of shooting Joan Dolly Delsied, 28, was taken into custody Friday evening.
Police have arrested two people in connection withThe Union City Police Department arrested Francisco Alvarez, 29, of Union City, on suspicion of murder Friday evening. They also arrested John Collins, 60, of Union City, for accessory after the fact. A gun allegedly used in the incident was also recovered.Just after midnight Friday, police were called to the 2500 block of Medallion Drive for a shooting. They found a woman suffering from a single gunshot wound.
