Kota Kinabalu: Universiti Malaysia Sabah’s (UMS) Arts and Creative Technology Academy (Astif) will host a musical theatre in conjunction with the Malaysia Day celebration this year.

UMS Deputy Vice-Chancellor Associate Prof Dr Raman Noordin said the theatre titled “Muzikal 1963”, will be staged at the UMS Recital Hall, starting 8pm, from Sept 20-23.“As a centre of knowledge, the university’s role is not limited to being an academic institution but also as a medium for helping the country to inculcate patriotism, a sense of love for the nation and unity among the community,” he told a press conference, here, Wednesday.
