Sungai Besar Umno division chief Jamal Md Yunos has failed to strike out a defamation suit against him filed by former energy, science, technology, environment and climate change minister Yeo Bee Yin.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court this afternoon dismissed Jamal’s striking out application following submissions by lawyers for both sides this afternoon.
