Ukraine menuduh tentera Russia melakukan serangan menggunakan bom fosforus di bandar Bakhmut yang kini dikepung.
Lapor BBC, rakaman dron yang disiarkan oleh tentera Ukraine menunjukkan kebakaran tercetus di sekitar Bakhmut ketika bandar itu dihujani bom fosforus putih.
Dilaporkan, bom fosforus merupakan senjata pembakar yang tidak diharamkan namun penggunaannya di kawasan awam dianggap sebagai jenayah perang.
