Ukraine has carried out its largest attack on Russia’s Navy since the beginning of the war. A Russian submarine and warship were damaged after Ukraine launched missiles at the vessels as they docked into a shipyard in Crimea. Sources said British Storm Shadow cruise missiles were fired from Ukrainian aircraft. The incident has not been officially confirmed yet but the head of Ukraine’s Air Force unusually took to social media to claim responsibility for the attack. Security analyst Michael Clarke said, “the message is – you cannot use Crimea safely for any of your forces, neither your air force, nor your ground troops or your navy can operate from Crimea, and we can attack it.”
