UiTM has responded to an online claim saying that the 20th series of the Self-Identity and Spirituality Camp, which took place on January 11, forced
non-Muslim students to join an Islamic religious event.
According to UiTM, the programme includes elements such as discipline, patriotism, first aid, recreation, and spiritual values for Muslim students, while non-Muslim students get social ethics talks that suit their needs. It also mentioned that using nearby locations like the mosque and Dewan Muktamar makes things easier to manage, saves time, and helps keep everything running smoothly without interruptions.
They also shared that the UiTM Co-Curriculum Center will look into the process of organising future programmes to make them more efficient.
