UH's first Big 12 volleyball schedule highlighted by visits from defending champ Texas
Two home matches against defending national champion Texas highlight the University of Houston volleyball team’s inaugural Big 12 schedule, the school and league announced Tuesday.
The Cougars, coming off a 30-win season and Sweet 16 appearance, host the Longhorns for back-to-back matches Oct. 13-14 at Fertitta Center.The league format consists of half of the matches to be played on consecutive days and the other half as single matches.UH goes on the road to play Kansas , Texas Tech , Cincinnati , Oklahoma and Baylor .
