NEW YORK, July 6 — Ride-sharing company Uber Technologies Inc has agreed on a deal to buy food-delivery app Postmates Inc in a US$2.65 billion all-stock agreement, Bloomberg News reported late yesterday, citing people familiar with the matter. Postmates was last valued at US$2.4 billion, when it raised US$225 million in a private fundraising round last September.
