The Kaduna government has listed the achievements of Uba Sani, governor of the state, in the area of the agricultural sector.
September 28, 2024 6:10 pmMurtala Dabo, commissioner for agriculture in Kaduna, says Uba Sani, governor of the state, has made agriculture the centrepiece of his development agenda.
“Under Governor Uba Sani’s leadership, agriculture has been placed at the centre of the state’s development agenda. The 2024 budget allocated N22.54 billion to the agricultural sector, representing nearly 5% of the total state budget,” he said. “In line with Governor Uba Sani’s Governance Agenda, we have redefined what is possible in agriculture, proving that with the right leadership, a state cannot only feed itself but also lead a revolution in sustainable farming and rural development.”
“As we move forward, I call upon all stakeholders — farmers, agribusinesses, financial institutions, and citizens — to join hands with this administration.
