Local police have confirmed to CBS 21 that the two pedestrians hit were trick-or-treaters, likely participating in nearby Lower Allen Township's "Trick or Treat Night." At this time the age of the victims has yet to be confirmed, but local authorities did say that the two were transported to a nearby hospital for their sustained injuries.
