Rivers State Police Command has arrested two suspects that allegedly specialise in stealing motorcycles and robbing bank customers. The suspects were caught in the act and confessed to their crimes. They used special keys to rob victims inside parked cars and stole motorcycles using ignition wires. The suspects targeted bank customers after they made withdrawals at banks and ATMs. They revealed that they were influenced by community leaders and family members to engage in criminal activities.

Rivers State Police Command has arrested two suspects that allegedly specialise in stealing motorcycles and robbing bank customers . The suspects: Obiko Ikenna, 30, and Eneji Isichukwu, 24, were arrested at the Olu Obasanjo area of Port Harcourt while riding a motorcycle. Both suspects, who hail from Oguta in Imo State, confessed to the crimes, saying they robbed victims of their money and property inside parked cars, using special keys .

They admitted to stealing parked motorcycles by using ignition wires to start them, and robbing unsuspecting bank customers after the latter had made withdrawals at banks and at Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Ikenna said he was lured into crime by one of his community leaders (now deceased), while Isichukwu said his late uncle tutored him in the act of robbery.
