The buses collided on Oxford Street near Flinders Street at Darlinghurst about 9.05am.

Paramedics treated five people on scene, two of whom were taken to hospital including one of the bus drivers. "Everyone on board was able to get out except for one bus driver who was trapped for a short time," New South Wales Ambulance Inspector Mick Corlis said. "Police Rescue was able to free the man before paramedics assessed and treated him for minor injuries.
