MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Police are looking for evidence that will directly link the police officer identified as a “person of interest” in the disappearance of beauty queen, former Miss Batangas Catherine Camilon.
JOHOR BARU: Two men died and three victims were injured after the car they were travelling in hit a road divider in the middle of the night.
Kempas Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Wan Nor Affendi Wan Yusof said the incident took place along Jalan Bukit Impian-Senai and was reported at around 3.15am on Tuesday . “The impact of the crash caused all five victims to be trapped in the car. The 20 firemen who were deployed to the scene used rescue tools to free them,” he said.
“Two of the victims, aged 20 and 23 years old, were pronounced dead at the scene by a medical officer and the bodies had been handed over to the police for further action,” added Wan Nor Affendi in a statement.
