Two victims have been identified in the horror crash that claimed four young lives over the weekend, as police try to determine what happened when the car left the road at 'extremely high speed'.

Emergency services were called to Bochara, about 300 kilometres west of Melbourne, on Saturday where they found a Toyota sedan mangled after crashing into a tree.
